Wake up earlier
Instead of starting the day in the middle of the greatest stress because you don't have time to do anything, try getting up a little earlier and organize your mornings better. Don't be tempted by the warmth of the blankets and jump out of bed as soon as the alarm clock goes off. Have a good breakfast, a relaxed shower and start the day rested and on the right foot.
Don't want to do everything at the same time or want to do everything alone. Make a list of your real priorities and try to stick to it. Put the most demanding issues first, but try not to overlook the small issues that tend to get overlooked.
Create good environment
Positive thoughts activate the positive energies we have in us. And then, sympathy begets sympathy. Compliment, be helpful and friendly to your colleagues. When working in a place with a good environment, everything becomes easier. What once seemed like a very difficult task will now seem like the simplest of problems.
Change the routine
It is important that you manage to live beyond work. Give yourself gifts after you manage to do a complicated job. How about that book you've always wanted or that expensive sweater? Then, it is also important to know how to leave work at the door before entering the house. Only in extreme cases should you take work to complete at home.
Improve your sexual life
This is also a great solution to combat the stress accumulated during a working day. Having an active and healthy sex life is halfway to feeling like a complete person. Have a fulfilled socializing life and, in this way, feel more confident.
Plan your day
Try to figure out what time of day your productivity is at its highest. There are people who perform more in the morning while others work 100% more in the afternoon. Choose the period when you have more energy and leave for that time the tasks of greater responsibility or that require greater creativity. Remember, however, that no matter how organized you are, there are unforeseen events that you can never control.
Learn to say no
When you feel too pressured, have the courage to say enough is enough! If your boss seems too committed to not letting you breathe, demanding more and more work, explain that, despite trying, you can't do so much at the same time. Also, try not to fall into the trap of always doing your colleagues' work. Whenever you can help, help, but don't let them get used to it.
Learn to relax
There's nothing better than being able to get home after a tiring day and take a long shower or lying on the sofa for hours on end watching everything and anything on television. Give yourself those precious moments to decompress everyday stress.
Have a good social life
"Work is work, brandy is brandy". Never heard? Try to have an active social life because this way it will be easier not to think about the problems you left behind at the office. Go to parties, to the cinema or to the cafe. Enjoy what life has to offer.
Engage in a creative activity
Use your free time to dedicate yourself to an activity that encourages your concentration and creativity. Having your mind busy you won't have time to think or get upset with day-to-day or work problems. Painting is a good example.
